For free events, surveys, or any other types of forms you want to create that do not require a payment, you can choose which registrant standard fields to display on your form.
The only required fields on every form are First Name, Last Name, and Email.
You can choose to add other fields to collect other information you need. Click "Add Field" on the bottom left-hand side. You can choose to add a standard field by clicking on the blue button labeled "address", "address 2", "city", "state", "zip", "country", "phone" or "mobile". Or you can add any custom fields you need or copy from an existing form you have.
*Please note: If your form does have a cost and you turn off one of the needed billing fields, your registrant will be required to fill out billing information when they setup their payment.
Setting Event to be “Free”
Under the Fields tab, make sure none of your fields are marked “Affects Price”.
On the Pricing tab, set your price to 0.00.
When you view your form, you will notice that the “Review Your Payment Information” and “Registration Fee” do not display if the cost of the event is zero. Registrants can click “Register” to complete registration and the payment page is bypassed.
